Do you ship woodworking products and plans?+
Build plans download instantly as PDF. Handmade pieces ship from our shop in DuBois, PA, to the US and Canada: in 3-7 days when they're finished and on the shelf, or in 1-3 weeks for pieces marked Built to Order (each piece's page says how long). Local pickup in DuBois is free.
Can I return a piece?+
Every piece is built by hand, often just for your order, so handmade sales are final. But if anything arrives damaged, email a photo to support@daddybuildit.org within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a repair, a replacement or a refund.
Can I request a custom piece?+
Yes. Email support@daddybuildit.org with what you'd like built, a rough size, any wood or finish you have in mind, and when you need it, and we'll reply with a price and build time before you pay anything. The Custom orders page (daddybuildit.shop/custom-orders) has the details.
Where is Daddy Build It based?+
We're a family shop out of DuBois, Pennsylvania. Daddy Build It LLC.

Yes. Every plan and tutorial is written in plain English for beginners. No jargon, no guessing.
