Handcrafted from cherry, spalted maple, and red oak, with each species arranged to show off its natural grain and character. Finished with a routed juice groove and cut-in handles, then conditioned with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax.

- Hand wash and dry it standing up. Re-oil when the wood starts looking dry. Never the dishwasher. It will split.
